A fisherman who became lost at the Rampart Reservoir on Thursday afternoon was found safe and sound sometime before 7 p.m. by El Paso County Search and Rescue, said Teresa Burgess, a spokeswoman for the organization. "They found him and he was being walked out to the trail," she said. "He's in good shape." Authorities were notified about 4:05 p.m. Thursday that the fisherman had become lost, Burgess said. He apparently had called 911 or family members, and the report was relayed to El Paso County Search and Rescue.
