NORTH SALEM, N.Y. (AP) — Debris has been found in the search for a small airplane that vanished while on approach to an airport in Connecticut. New York State Police say debris believed to be from the missing 1971 Cessna was located Friday in the Titicus Reservoir in North Salem, in Westchester County. They say the single-engine aircraft was on a landing approach when it lost radar contact with Danbury Airport at about 4:30 p.m. Thursday. It wasn't immediately known how many people were on board.
