Lost hunters, lost and injured hikers – these incidents and more are responded to daily by state Department of Conservation forest rangers across the state. "DEC's Forest Rangers' are on the front lines helping people safely enjoy the great outdoors," said Acting DEC Commissioner Basil Seggos.
